Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect colour or style selected by the customer
• Custom or personalised orders

✿ Damaged or Incorrect Orders ✿ 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos/Unboxing Videos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.
